Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience in manufacturing and a passion for problem-solving? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our reputable manufacturing company as a Maintenance Engineer working on a Days, Monday to Friday week.

We are seeking a talented individual, electrical biased with mechanical skills, to strengthen our maintenance team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our plant and machinery reliability.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for Maintenance Engineers to support our operations and play a crucial role in enhancing our plant's reliability.

Shift:

Days - Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Role and Responsibilities:

- As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective maintenance of our production equipment, ensuring that any issues are promptly resolved. Your key duties will include:

- Conducting regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems in our manufacturing plant.

- Identifying and diagnosing machinery faults, analysing root causes, and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime and increase reliability.

- Collaborating with the wider maintenance team to plan and execute maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment is operating at optimal performance levels.

- Participating in continuous improvement activities, contributing ideas and initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reliability.

- Adhering to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing / Automated setting.

- Electrical bias with a knowledge and understanding of mechanical Engineering.

- Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Qualification within your chosen discipline (Mechanical or Electrical)

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and provide timely updates on maintenance tasks.

- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and machinery.
