Working for a Global Staffing Consultancy we are looking for an experienced Business Administrator to join their small and friendly team at their offices in London which is within walking distance from Holborn or Temple Tube Station.

This role is full-time on site working either:

Monday - Thursday 8:30am till 6pm & Fridays - 8:30am till 4pm


Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

As Business Administrator your duties will include:

  • Taking control of the on-boarding of new starters in terms of system set up
  • Ensuring the new starter has all the correct access, log in details for all required systems
  • You will be the main point of contact within the office if anyone has issues with their logins or access to various systems - you will NOT be IT Support, but you will be responsible for raising internal tickets to Helpdesk and ensuring they respond within the correct SLAs and assist in the communication between IT and the End User ensuring the issues are resolves as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Off-boarding leavers ensuring all access is revoked on their last working day
  • On-going document control of the above processes
  • Assisting with weekly and ad-hoc Excel Reporting - it's important for this role that you have strong excel skills and strength in formatting, using and creating formulas, pivot tables etc
  • Administration support on ad-hoc projects
