I started working for Jenrick Engineering in April 2007; I began covering maternity leave on a fixed-term contract. My background was in sales and in June 2007 I was given the opportunity to move into a consultant role. All these years later I’m still here in the role of Business Manager.
I don’t know where the time has gone but I still enjoy the daily challenges and the variety within my role, along with the sense of satisfaction the job brings.
Over the last 13 and a half years I have placed both in the contract/interim and permanent market ranging from Maintenance, Project, Design / Draughting, Production Managers, Warehouse Managers, Quality / Technical, Maintenance Managers, Engineering Manager (the list goes on!)
Since being with Jenrick I have built relationships with many organisations, particularly within the Food & Drink industry. It’s a great feeling when my clients comment on my work approach, my understanding of their requirements, and when they contact me with repeat business.

In 2000 I was approached to join the Simon Holdings Group, with a view to extending their Technical Recruitment presence into the Midlands, thereby complementing the progress of their Jenrick Engineering brand in the South since 1967.
