HR Business Analyst (HCM – Workday)

*Previous Workday implementation project experience is a must-have*

The Role

  • Represent human resources as a business analyst working on a global project – Workday implementation
  • Assisting with HR operations capability in end-to-end global process improvement methodology.
  • Helping to execute process re-design utilizing analytics/data to drive prioritized improvements. Partner with the HR Systems team to establish automation of activities on a variety of systems including Workday.
  • Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancements supported by IT including for example documenting business requirements and test scripts.
  • Responsible for maintaining Jira scrum board and providing support to the Scrum Master and Product Owner
  • Improve employee & HR facing content/knowledge for employee lifecycle processes by applying new HR knowledge/content guidelines including operationalisation activities such as work instructions and training materials.
  • Work closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end-to-end process improvement.
  • Build and lead effective process change management & communication plans when required
  • Good understanding of best practice processes in a global HR environment

Experience required

  • Strong Core HCM Workday project experience
  • Worked on Service Centre projects, global workday implementations
  • Has Jira and Scrum experience
  • Strong experience on the full BA lifecycle from Design to Implementation
  • Workday core modules experience
  • Significant business process management experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme
  • Experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment
  • Experience in Scrum Agile project methodology and utilising Jira
  • Excellent communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure
