• Project Planning and Execution
• Ensure robust project planning
• Lead global cross functional projects focused on improving scale and efficiency
• You will help plan, control, and execute project scope
• Ability to forecast progress and responsible for achieving milestones.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure achievement of project goals and timelines
• Communication and Stakeholder Management
• Support creation and be responsible for the master milestone schedule, keep deliverables on track, handle dependencies and escalations
• Manage scheduling meetings, sending agendas, defining communicating meeting objectives, preparing minutes, and following-up with team members on critical action items
• Identify and engage appropriate stakeholders, manage expectations and drive conflict resolution
• Prepare and manage the project Risk Management Plan
• Resource and Budget Management
• Forecast and track project budget and resource requirements
• Responsible for preparing and managing the project Quality Management Plan

• Cloud Fusion – Finance Modules Project experience essential
• A minimum of 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience is required
• Demonstrated experience leading successful large, complex, high-value strategic and departmental change initiatives, preferably in large, multi-national organizations.
• Demonstrated depth of Finance knowledge and business acumen obtained from previous experience of project and programs
• Demonstrated experience delivering Corporate ERP initiatives - Oracle Cloud
