A fantastic Design, Development and Manufacturing organisation within the Daventry area is seeking to recruit several Maintenance Engineers to join them on a three-shift system.

The successful maintenance Engineers will work within a fast-moving manufacturing environment on a selection of high precision CNC manufacturing machines to ensure continued production. 

Completion of Proactive and reactive Maintenance activities in a timely manner.   

Project based maintenance works to improve machinery performance and reliability.  

The Successful Maintenance Engineer: 
l  Apprentice trained within a Maintenance engineering discipline
l  Experience working within a manufacturing environment to maintain production machinery.
l  Any electrical fault-finding skills would be advantageous but not essential.
l  Positive person, an idea's giver, someone to contribute to the company to move it forward.  

£44,000 per annum
