Engineering Supervisor or Engineering Team Leader, Somerset , 4 on 4 off  £47,250  
Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering Team Leader required to join the team working within a food process and manufacturing site.    
The Engineering Team Leader or Maintenance Supervisor will be multi skilled with electrical or mechanical qualifications and have proven experience of:  
Breakdown and preventative maintenance
Co-ordinate day to day planned maintenance.  
Motivating, leading and managing a team of multi skilled engineers  
Develop and maintain a pro-active approach throughout the Maintenance Team to eliminate problem areas.
Continuous improvements  
Drive and develop a right first time approach and continuous improvements culture
Ensure all Health & Safety guidelines are met and adhered to  
The successful Engineering Team Leader will ideally have experience of working within a FMCG environment and  must have a formal Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical Maintenance with proven hands on experience of electrical and mechanical maintenance. Experience of fault-finding and maintaining PLCs is also essential to this role        
This role would suit: Maintenance Team Leader, Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Shift Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team leader,  Engineering lead or Shift Coordinator
