An opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Supervisor or Engineering Team leader to join the engineering team within one of the largest, independent FMCG companies.  
In the role of Engineering Supervisor or Engineering Team Leader you will be responsible for:  
Delivering Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People performance on a series of assets.  
Work on both current and longer-term issues that are affecting reliability  
Machine Mechanical Efficiency losses  
Implementing AM/PM activities.  
Planning and delivering service activities.  
Continuous improvement principles  
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
Communicate with all levels of the wider team  
You will also gain “Expert knowledge” and be a point of reference whilst coaching the team members in your area.    
Work closely with the area manager, you will report to the Factory Engineering Manager and will be expected to manage all the asset care activities in your area including contractor management and budgets.  
The successful Engineering Supervisor will come from an engineering background with relevant engineering qualifications, NVQ, HNC, Engineering Apprenticeship and have strong electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge with experience gained within Food & Drinks, Pharmaceutical, or other Process industry.  

This role would suit a Engineering Supervisor, Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Lead, Reliability Engineer, Asset Care Manager, Asset Care Engineer or Reliability Lead
