Are you an experienced, confident Engineering Team Leader from a manufacturing background, looking for a new challenge? Working for a leading manufacturer based near Burnley, this role involves working a 12 hour days / nights shift pattern and is offering a salary of £47,508.  This position offers excellent training and career prospects for the right candidate. In return you will be a highly driven and passionate leader, experience within food / FMCG would be advantageous but not essential.

As an Engineering Team Leader your role will involve:
  • Ensuring yourself and the team are working safely
  • Working closely with production to ensure a high level engineering service is provided
  • Ensure all work is delegated strategically with priority taken for reactive issues
  • Plan ppm's and workload and ensure the work is allocated across the team
  • Be part of continuous improvement activities
  • Hands on role
Suitable Candidate:
  • Apprentice Trained or equivalent qualifications
  • Competent in all aspects of Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance
  • From a Food and/or FMCG background - other manufacturing backgrounds will be considered
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Confident individual who is looking for a role with career prospects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about engineering and a desire to drive an engineering team to meet KPI's

What came of 2018 and how has that effected the start of 2019
