Jenrick is very proud to offer its a Clients an exclusive Factory Open Day at the Historic Morgan Motor Company.

Friday April 19th 2013 – 10am arrival

The day is in aid of raising awareness for a medical condition known as Marfan Syndrome, which currently effects up to 1 in 3,000 people in the UK, yet has no known cure and receives very little public awareness. Guests will arrive at the Malvern-based Factory for 10am on April 19th, for tea, coffee and pastries, before the opening address and video, which will be presented by Morgan’s Managing Director, Steve Morris. Steve will also be able to provide a unique insight and introduction to Marfan Syndrome and explain how he and several others are embarking on a pan-european driving challenge in May to raise as much awareness for the condition as possible. Between 11am and 12.30pm the exclusive ‘behind the scenes’ tour will take place, led by Steve Morris and Morgan’s Director of Finance, Tim Whitworth - in this tour, guests will be able to access parts of this historical factory that are not available during other tours, as well as gaining a detailed understanding of how Morgan has continued to thrive as a business, when all other similar car manufacturers have ceased to exist. After the tour Clients will be given the opportunity to drive a selection of Morgan cars (including the 3-wheeler) to a local venue for lunch, before returning to the Factory for extended test drives in the Malvern Hills. The cars that should be available on the day for driving include: Morgan 3 Wheeler, Classic Roadster, Plus 4, Plus 8 & the Aero Supersport. In addition, guests can make a weekend of it, by hiring a Morgan of their choice at a specially reduced rate - please contact us directly to explore this offer in more detail.
