Tracy Nauth's bio

My background has been a mix of Administration, Customer Support, HR and Recruitment, working for companies such as British Airways, Eurostar and the European Commission.

This variety of roles, coupled with the Travel and Tourism Industry taught me so much about the importance of good customer service and delivering on your promises – both of which I’ve carried with me within my career ever since.

My time now is taken up by my family, especially my two children (who have a better social life than I do!), which was why I jumped at the chance to join Jenrick who were offering a part time role that I could build around my other commitments.

It became apparent very quickly that Jenrick was a special place to work. There is such a great mix of ages and backgrounds, everyone gets on wonderfully and there is an overwhelming family feeling that runs throughout the company. Even though it is a busy office environment there is a lot of banter and joking, ensuring that it’s a really fun place to be.

As I’ve mentioned, my family definitely takes priority when I’m not at work, however I have always loved the arts and have attended numerous classes on photography, sculpture, pottery, watercolours and also languages. My aim is to continue with another class in the near future, in what…. I’m still deciding!
