I joined Jenrick Engineering in May 2011, after previously spending 2 years within Industrial Recruitment.
Over the last 12 years I have progressed within the business, joining as a Delivery Consultant, and now managing the Engineering team in Derby.
I have extensive experience of recruiting Engineering personnel within Manufacturing environments. Predominantly within Food Manufacturing, Precision Engineering and the Aerospace industry. I love an ‘out of the box’ role to work, give me something tricky and I won’t stop until it is filled. I work with a number of clients who have now become friends after working with them for nearly 12 years, I’m a great believer that rapport comes 1st and the business relationship comes 2nd. I pride myself on offering solutions to businesses with the ability to support with all recruitment needs from shop floor through to senior management roles.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending quality time with my family and booking as many holidays / long weekends away as possible.
