I do receive a large number of recruitment agency sales calls on a daily basis, delivering the same style of ‘script.’ They just don’t seem interested in helping us; it’s more for their gain.
However, what impressed me with Leanne was that she called to offer me a specific solution to a problem I faced and she was clearly prepared.
Leanne had obviously done her research and knew a lot about our company and the types of roles we required.
She had suitable candidates available immediately to fill the roles we required.
Also, Leanne was much more personable, which I really liked and it definitely helped her stand out from the other calls.
This was the first time I had used Jenrick, and I was particularly pleased with the communication levels; she always responded to my messages / calls quickly and efficiently.
Even though we were working to strict timescales, Leanne still made time for a site visit, which was very beneficial.
She definitely went away with a firmer understanding of us, as a company. With a lot of agencies it feels like that they just send over the CVs of any candidates, but you could tell that Leanne really filtered them so that they were tailored to our company. It’s quality, not quantity!
Based on this experience, I would definitely use Jenrick again and would gladly recommend their services to others.
Jenrick and Leanne are very good. They always seem ahead of the game compared to other agencies and clearly know what they are talking about.
Leanne keeps us regularly updated and the speed of response on calls, emails etc. is always very prompt - this is one of the main reasons we like Jenrick. Other agencies take longer to respond.
This definitely places Jenrick in the ‘much better’ than other agencies category, in my opinion.

Over the 4 years or so that we have worked with Jenrick and Jane, we feel she has developed a clear understanding of our business.
In particular, there is definitely an understanding of the soft skills we require from candidates, i.e. personality fit with the existing team, and we appreciate that Jane always considers the broader aspects of our business when searching for new candidates, such as location, travelling and such like.
It is clear that Jane listens carefully to the initial briefs that we provide, as she doesn’t send over a mountain of CV’s; instead she narrows them down to an average of 2/3 CV’s – Jane really drills down to the finer details therefore locating more accurate/relevant candidates.
