I joined Jenrick in 2001, as a Resourcer, and through my 15 years of service, have developed into 360 Talent Account Director.
Jenrick is a totally unique place to work and I have had the most amazing journey working for them over the years. I am surrounded by people who actually care and really want to make positive changes for people’s lives.
We all share the same values and it really makes for a fun, rewarding and inspirational place to work. We play a pivotal part in changing peoples lives for the better and I am honestly most proud of this and being part of the Jenrick team.
To be told that my services are like a breath of fresh air in comparison to other recruitment experiences people have had, is why I love the job I do. I pride myself of adding value to people and when you see the positive results of your work, there is no better feeling. There is nothing like the reaction of a candidate who you have just placed – or the heartbreak if they don’t get the job. However, what I enjoy the most is when I receive a call out of the blue from an old candidate just to have a chat – that shows me that we are doing things right.
I love working with people, providing solutions that hadn’t been thought of before and making the impossible possible, by introducing people to the role or career that they always dreamed of having.
The Jenrick Group is regarded as one of the leading recruitment companies within the UK and is a four time "Sunday Times Top 100 Company to Work For".
I joined Jenrick in 1997, as a Junior Consultant working within both permanent and contract markets.
From 2000 I began to focus the majority of my efforts within The City, successfully developing relationships within the Banking & Financial Services Sector - most of whom are still clients today.
In May 2006, I made the move to become Jenrick Group's Sales Manager, before gaining the opportunity to return to Jenrick IT as Sales Director, before taking on the role of Managing Director.
There is little doubt, in the current employment market, that demand is outstripping supply. This is particularly true within the highly technical roles (Architects, Software Engineers, Technical Testers, Cyber Consultants, Mobile Developers….etc)
