Having been in recruitment for 15 years, in 2006 I decided to form Jenrick Commercial (a new division of The Jenrick Group) and I have to say, it’s been one hell of a ride. Recruitment has changed drastically over the last 15 years, however, I’ve learnt that if you keep things simple, work hard, be honest and really understand your clients and candidates then you will do well.

My loves in life are my wife (Miriam) and my son (Toron). I’ve been married for nearly 20 years, so I was snapped up early (my wife clearly has good taste – or at least I like to think so!).

I’m very much a creature of habit and can be seen every morning sipping on a two and a half shot skinny wet latte from Starbucks to help kick start my day!!

I also enjoy fine dining, holidaying in the USA and I like to exercise every day by running or going to the gym. I’m a fan of all types of music from Hip Hop to Opera, and will quite happily spend my hours shopping, indulging in the latest fashion trends. I enjoy playing football (and supporting West Ham United), making money and all of the finer things in life.

I love listening to Anthony Robbins, the American Motivational Speaker, as he makes you realise that life is all about “what you put in.” My late father taught me that in life you get ‘doers and talkers’, with most people spending their time talking about what they are going to do without actually doing it. So I’ve learnt that if you want success, happiness and wealth you have to take ‘massive action’ to get there.

Jenrick is my home and second family - I’m privileged to work with such a great bunch of people and my aim is to retire at 50, so only 20 years to go!
