I have worked for Simon Holdings since 1998 years and in that time I’ve seen the company grow and progress – in all sorts of directions and locations!
I enjoy my role as I communicate with staff from all divisions and offices and I work closely with the rest of the accounts team.
I like that the company is relatively small, and that is has a true family atmosphere. It has enabled all of us to get to know each other and become more than simply work colleagues. We’ll often all troop up to London together to go to the Theatre – and I’m certain I’d not find that in a larger company.
I’ve always found the company to have been supportive of my work-life balance and have understood the needs of my children and family - I have never had to worry about anything have continually felt supported, both in and out of work.
