Although born in England, I spent over two decades living on the West Coast of Canada. I had the pleasure of finishing my formal education and degree in Vancouver whilst also gaining valuable work experience with multinational companies operating within the engineering and retail sectors.
The time spent in North America has given me a strong and unwavering focus on exemplary customer service and constant improvement of our commercial operation. One example of this would be my desire to create a positive, enjoyable and supportive working environment where our colleagues can thrive and continually maximise their potential. To this end, our success in the Sunday Times Best Company to Work For Awards and Best Company 3 star rating made me very proud.
