Pay it Forward
This was a scheme that we implemented to encourage and support those inidviduals who commit time and energy to charitable work.
Quite simply, it doubles the holiday time people need to take to donate to their projects. For example, if an event is over two days, the individual only needs to take one as holiday with Jenrick providing the other.
Several of Jenrick’s Team have already taken advantage of the scheme.
