Development Team Lead (C# / .NET Core)
Role type: Permanent / Full-Time
Location: Paris, France (2-3 days remote)
Pay rate / Salary: up to €80,000
Company DescriptionA FinTech Payments company based in Paris, that currently have around 150 employees and are growing quickly. They have partnerships with some of the worlds leading Banks, providing them with faster and more efficient payments systems and solutions, along with producing very innovative products being rolled out to the wider consumer market. They are hiring across all areas of technology including software, engineering, product, security, technical services and technology compliance.
The RoleThey are looking to hire a Technical Team Leader / Development Team Lead to join and manage a team of 5 developers initially, but then looking to grow the team to between 8-10 by the end of Q4 2021. The primary tech stack is C#, .NET Core, SQL and then some of the team have skills such as React, Vue.js, Node.js, RabbitMQ, MongoDB etc.
The person that joins in this role, is only expected to have the primary/core tech skills required, as this is very much a 50/50 split between leadership/management and hands on programming.
Required
- Fluent or native French language
Core Experience Required
- 6+ years in software development
- 2+ years in team leadership / management
Technical Skills Required
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in Banking or Payments would be a huge advantage
