We’re currently looking for an experienced management consultant who shares the ambition to drive and make a difference for businesses looking to adapt, evolve and decisively win in the digital era.

A management consultant will be a leader and influencer that creates compelling and valuable solutions to the most pressing, and often wicked, problems which our customers face. They hold the vision for how changes in mindset (how we think), measures (how we understand success) and mechanics (what we do) combine to transform our customers' bottom line and ability to improve their performance. 

Collaborating with client teams and colleagues you will bring to life the means and merits of changing for the better. You will encourage and guide your teams to make the complex consumable and actionable: to separate and describe those things which are essential for success from those which would only make a marginal difference. This starts by developing a set of hypotheses that -- given the client's current situation, opportunities and constraints.

You will be close to many clients and understand how to build a pipeline of activity.


Engage with clients

Ensure that programmes are being delivered to high standards

Identify opportunities and understand the process of opportunity qualification

Build a pipeline of opportunities
  • Develop good knowledge of the client's business and industry to drive usage of the services
  • Understand and capture how the client measures value and ensure this is over delivered throughout the life of the contract
  • Develop and execute on best practices to handover to new hires, assist with the development of onsite teams, ensuring that there is a smooth and effective transition of client
  • Drive continuous client usage of the consulting services by ensuring the connection of key IT decisions and initiatives to consulting expertise -such as:
  • Identify opportunities to connect the client to the SME consultants through inquiry
  • Identify where there is service misalignment or need for additional access and work with the consultants onsite to ensure client is receiving service excellence
  • Collaborate with other Client Partners to ensure there is an open awareness of client’s, sectors and business development
  • Continually stay abreast of new product offerings and technology, particularly pertaining to business/IT transformation

From 2000 I began to focus the majority of my efforts within The City, successfully developing relationships within the Banking & Financial Services Sector - most of whom are still clients today.

In May 2006, I made the move to become Jenrick Group's Sales Manager, before gaining the opportunity to return to Jenrick IT as Sales Director, before taking on the role of Managing Director.
