DevOps Lead required to join a very exciting journey within an organisation that changes the way big brands communicate with their customers.

We are looking for a DevOps Lead to set the vision and lead the DevOps team, as well as recruit and mentor new members into the team. This is a completely hands on role, in an environment that is purely AWS (no on premise), utilising the latest technologies.

This role offers remote working (At least 1 week a month in the London office and the rest remotely if preferred).

You will also build, improve and maintain tools for continuous build, automated testing and release management, ensuring the fastest possible turnaround while maintaining a high level of release and service quality.

Required skills and experience needed to be successful in this role include -
  • Hands on experience in configuration and release management processes and to have an understanding of how software design and development methods are applied.
  • Experienced in working in complex CI/CD environments.
  • Deep understanding of AWS
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles and how to influence your daily priorities and selection of solutions.
  • Experience designing, building, running and debugging CI/CD pipelines.
  • Containerisation - Docker, Kubernetes, Helm,
  • Linux administration
  • Ruby and / or bash Scripting
  • Working with Agile project delivery teams.
