With an existing set of products and services, your entry to market is easy. Your challenge is to build on those existing products and services, to enhance the customer experience by designing bespoke offerings – this is where you will earn your money (literally).

There is a pipeline of new products planned and you will help shape the future of these products and help to develop new ones

Skills Required

  • 10+ years of experience in global financial markets, with demonstrable experience of working in financial technology services in senior client facing, sales or sales management roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving challenging sales targets, and delivering results and business growth.
  • Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy in order to have a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
  • Exhibit entrepreneurial thinking and acting at all times, taking ownership for instigating and executing initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to understand client needs, and translation of these needs in to new products and opportunities.
  • Delivery of ideas through to products, and these new products through to sales.
  • Technical knowledge and experience of networks and connectivity solutions.
  • Business and technical knowledge of existing information and/or trading services.
  • Good team working skills – ability to leverage best attributes of working in a team.
  • Good analytical and technical skills.
  • Good communication and research skills, and an ability to write for a variety of different audiences.

In May 2006, I made the move to become Jenrick Group's Sales Manager, before gaining the opportunity to return to Jenrick IT as Sales Director, before taking on the role of Managing Director.
