Production Team Leader or Production Supervisor with experience within the FMCG industry is required to join a rapidly growing, household name company at their new purpose built factory.
As Production Team Leader  your area of accountability will be across the Process and Packaging areas and your key responsibilities will be:
  • Develop your teams to perform to the highest standards
  • Creating a positive team environment which produces products safely to the highest quality
  • Ensuring that line performance targets are met (OEE, Line Speed & Planned Downtime).
  • Cover the Shift Manager in his/her absence (meeting cover and at times of holiday).
  • Maintain high standards of safety within production and actively encouraging a culture of safety.
  • Conducting regular safely audits in conjunction with the HSE Coordinator.
  • Ensuring all products that are produced and packed are food safe.  
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping within site at all times.
  • Developing a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture.
The successful Production Team leader or Production Supervisor will have proven experience in leading and motivating a team and ideally have previous experience in similar/same role in a food manufacturing environment, possess good IT skills and have working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
