A leading Food manufacturer is recruiting NOW for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team at their facility near Sleaford. In return for working Monday to Friday on an earlies / lates system – NO NIGHTS, we are offering an attractive salary of £35,318 plus pension and overtime at enhanced rates.  You will be apprentice trained or equivalent and hold electrical qualifications. A background within food manufacturing or packaging is advantageous but other manufacturing environments will be considered.

THE JOB

As Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the following:

- Prioritising and managing planned preventative maintenance activities
- Liaising with production to ensure maintenance is carried with minimum disruption
- Reviewing current preventative schedule to highlight and implement improvements
- Electro / mechanical fault finding and repairs
- Continuous improvements

The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will undoubtedly be a confident, highly driven individual

- Apprentice trained or holds equivalent qualifications
- Electrically qualified
- Confident self-starter
- Calm approach
- Excellent communicator

In return, for working Monday to Friday earlies / lates system – NO NIGHTS we are offering an attractive salary of £35,318 plus pension and overtime at enhance rates.
