Maintenance Engineer, Mon - Fri, £38,000 - £40,000, Bishops Stortford  
   
Maintenance Engineer required to support an established engineering team in the efficient and effective maintenance and repair of site assets. The role has a strong focus on driving efficiencies, minimizing downtime and working to enhance the plant through continuous improvement.   
 
As the Maintenance Engineer you will:  
Work to maximise and enhance the uptime of production machinery  
You will also be responsible for pro-actively engaging with production teams and other maintenance engineers to assist in supporting the agreed production plan.  
Carry out PPM (planned preventative maintenance)  
Ensure that the site remains focused on the Health and Safety agenda in accordance with compliance and statutory requirements.    
   
The successful Maintenance Engineer will have experience of working within a manufacturing or packaging environment, completed an apprenticeship and ideally hold both electrical and mechanical qualifications and experience.   
 
This position would suit; Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Shift Engineer, Day Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, service Engineer or Packaging Engineer.
