Engineering Manager, £55,000, FMCG
Experienced Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager required to join an expanding FMCG International Business based in Bedford.
The Engineering Manager will play a key role in the site's management team to ensure that performance improvement targets are achieved.      
As the successful Engineering Manager you will:    
  • Manage an established Engineering Maintenance team
  • Provide engineering direction along with mentoring and developing of engineering team  
  • Provide strategic input as part of the management team to lead the business forward  
  • Have control of the engineering budget  
  • Responsible for delivering effective leadership to ensure maximum factory output  
  • Inspire a culture of continuous improvements.  
  • Implementation and monitoring of Predictive Maintenance  
  • Working knowledge of Condition based Maintenance  
As the successful Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager you will have experience of man management, progressive maintenance techniques and continuous improvement initiatives that have a direct impact on business performance.      
The successful Engineering Manager will have a proven track record of successfully managing a team within a manufacturing environment.
