A growing, dynamic and innovative manufacturing business who are going from strength to strength within their sector and challenging the market leaders are seeking to recruit Technical Support Coordinator to join the team.

The Technical Support Coordinator will be based in the Rugby facility covering the UK wide customer base and will enjoy the challenge of keeping your client base happy.

The Technical Support Coordinator Role: 

- Coordinate and plan team activity to best support customers with their hardware issues, software issues and new installations.

- Monitor daily phone support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

- Handle all customer support calls, escalations and specific customer projects such as database, networking and reporting.

- Work with bespoke software to become a subject matter expert and be able to advise customers remotely and in person to resolve issues.

- Supervise a small team of Technical Support Specialists

- Represent the company in a professional manner and consider that you are the face of the business.

The Successful Technical Support Coordinator: 

- Previously experienced within an IT technician role or similar.
- Worked with a physical field based product.
- Experience working within a supervisory capacity.
- Advanced PC and networking skills.
- Confident abilities within Operating systems, computer networking, Databases and learning new software packages.
- Be confident negotiating computer operating systems, networks, firewalls and databases (SQL servers)
- Able and motivated to work with limited instruction with minimal direction.

Experience with field based IT operated hardware such as; Cash machines, Vending Machines, Ticket machines, queue management systems, access gates, parcel lockers or similar would be highly desireable
