A large multi national corporation with the European head office based in the UK are seeking to recruit an experienced Quality Manager to join their team within the Milton Keynes area. 

Although part of this large corporation ,the successful Quality Manager will work within a team supplying a selection of demanding automotive businesses. 

The Quality Manager ensures the efficient operation of the Quality System in conjunction with the Group QMS requirements.

Daily Duties of the Quality Manager are:
  • Maintaining and improving the QMS to comply with quality requirements to meet customers expectations.
  • Representing the business on quality matters with customers, suppliers, auditors etc.  
  • Manage Quality function to ensure an efficient and effective operation.
  • Ensure that the QMS is adequately documented, understood.
  • Monitor process measures/KPIs to meet internal and external targets.
  • Organise the Internal Quality Audit Program. 
  • Responsible for quality complaints, liaising with clients customers and suppliers.
 
Candidate
-       The successful Quality Manager will be degree qualified with an Engineering discipline.
-       Coming from an automotive background would be advantageous for the position but other manufacturing industries will be considered.
-       You mist be able to communicate efficiently on a written and verbal basis with suppliers, customers etc.
-       Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience would be beneficial for the position.


£45,000 - £50,000 per annum

What came of 2018 and how has that effected the start of 2019
