A successful family owned manufacturing company are recruiting for a Production Team Leader within a CNC Machining facility, working on an early shift basis (6.00am – 2.00pm).  In return, the successful candidate will be offered £28,000 per annum, a contributory pension and 25 days holiday (+8).

The daily duties of the Team Leader are:

- Facilitating the daily demands within production to make sure jobs and ran smoothly.
- Making sure all production areas are meeting quality standards (TS16949) with daily audits.
- Complying with company policies at all times.
- Departmental meetings to ensure a smooth transition in shift change.

The CNC Team Leader candidate

- The Team leader will have supervisory experience and be able to demonstrating the running of a team/shift.
- Coming from a manufacturing/production environment is essential for the Team Leader.
- The Team Leader must be able to communicate with staff members and internal departments.

6am – 2pm
