We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanically biased M&E Site Services Engineer based in the Cambridgeshire area. This is a Monday – Friday days role with an opportunity for self-development.

Daily Duties:
The role covers a large commercial site in the centre of Cambridge working on M&E services across the site but in particular will act as a “go-to” boiler/ HVAC expert.


General Duties include:
- Coordination and support to Maintenance of utilities and services around the site.
- Reactive and preventative maintenance on utility plant, equipment and services.
- Coordination of external, sub-contractors on site include RAMS, parts and materials sourcing /   purchasing.
- Operation and fault-finding through BMS systems.


Candidate:  
- Qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a relative engineering discipline.
- Experience with large commercial boiler systems, HVAC, refrigeration would be preferred.
- Candidates MUST HAVE have a current Commercial Gas certificate although an expired certificate can be easily renewed
- Ideal candidate will be mechanically biased with strong electrical skills and experience.    
- Knowledge of BMS systems.


Benefits:
£35,000 - £36,000 per annum
Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm
26 days plus Bank holidays
