Maintenance Team Leader, Park Royal, Night shift, £42,500
Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering Team Leader required to join the team working within a food process and manufacturing site.    
The Engineering Team Leader or Maintenance Supervisor will be multi skilled with electrical qualifications and have proven experience of:  
Breakdown and preventative maintenance  
Motivating, leading and managing a team of multi skilled engineers  
Providing technical support to enable production targets to be met  
Continuous improvements  
Ensure all Health & Safety guidelines are met and adhered to  
The successful Engineering Team Leader will have completed an Apprenticeship' HNC.HND/ NVQ or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and MUST HAVE experience of maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment.
A good standard of electrical knowledge will be required for this position to support the current engineering team.

Applicants without experience and knowledge of working and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment unfortunately cannot be considered for this role

What came of 2018 and how has that effected the start of 2019

2018 wasn’t a particularly straightforward year, there were many factors such as Brexit - big political decisions that came with that and on top of that the media were forecasting a slowdown of UK GDP growth. All this gave the feeling of doom and gloom.
