We are recruiting for an Engineering Shift Team Leader to join the team working for our client based in the Wigan area with a salary of £41,075 p/a plus realistically able to earn up to a 10% annual bonus. Our client are a UK based, leading food manufacturer, who supply some of the UK's most well-known supermarkets and restaurants.   • You must be a time served Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer
  • Working 12 hour shifts on a 2 days/2nights 4 rest day rotation
  • Previous experience working within a food/ fmcg environment
  • You must have supervisory experience
  • Apprentice trained or equivalent level 3 qualification or higher
The Role;
  • Hands on role, you will deliver and assist with the day to day running of the site. Providing guidance and support to the maintenance engineers and apprentices on your shift.
  • Ensuring department goals are achieved, keeping production downtime to a minimum.
  • Facilitate the management of reactive breakdowns and PPM’s. Documenting all changes and related engineering issues.

What came of 2018 and how has that effected the start of 2019
