Our fantastic new Development and manufacturing venture in the Milton Keynes area are recruiting for an Electrical Engineering Technician to join on a contract basis to support the extensive growth and exciting new projects.  

The daily duties of the Electrical Engineering Technician are:
- Assembly of BMS Bus bar 
- Working closely with the design team to develop and assemble the wiring and electrical systems.
- Developing the harnesses for the battery systems.
- Electrical system wiring.
- Vehicle harness wiring and assembly.
- Crimping and connecting.
- Manufacturing the harnesses once designs have been authorised.
- Feed back to design and development where amendments need to be made.

- Experience of BMS ( Battery Management Systems ) would be highly advantageous.  
- Previous experience of KERS, ERS system assembly or Hybrid vehicle electrical system assembly would be highly advantageous  
- Prototyping experience will be advantageous for the position.
- The Contract Electrical Assembly Technician will ideally have experience of Battery systems or Hybrid vehicle wiring.
- Core skills for this role include:  
Panels wiring
Mechanical build
Battery Bus bar assembly
Loom / Harness wiring and preparation
