Are you a highly experienced Customer Service Manager from a Engineering Manufacturing background.  This role is based in Telford, leading and inspiring the Customer Service team.  As a Customer Service Manager you will manage a team whilst driving change, coaching staff and develop excellent service. Offering a salary of £50-55K + pension + holidays + salary sacrifice scheme

As the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the Customer Service team, providing commercial and technical leadership.  This role ensures the efficient operation to the business, from quote creation through order receipt to planning of the specific teams.

Role Duties:

Directly supervise the Customer Service Team
Support the Key Account organisation through designated account service team members
Develop both the team and the department, applying best practise in Lean principles in the development of processes and tools
Ensure planning deliverables are met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Ensure root cause analysis is conducted as necessary to del8iver continuous improvement
Lead the team in effective work flow management
Set realistic but stretched performance objectives, holding the team and individuals accountable to delivering them through performance management   

Desired Candidate:

Highly experienced Customer Service Manager from an Engineering Manufacturing background
Strong Customer liaison experience
Team leadership experience
Technical experience within Engineering
A continuous improvement mindset with experience of Lean practice
Change Management leadership
Strong analytical proficiency

What came of 2018 and how has that effected the start of 2019
