We are looking for a Travel Co-ordinator to assist on a long-term project within a huge global company based in Farnborough.


Previous experience organising international corporate travel is essential – ideally using Concur or Amex Business Travel.


The role will be dealing with all aspects of travel including:
  • Booking flights and hotels for international business travel
  • Arranging VISA and Work Permit Applications for long term travel
  • Assisting with all the organisation involved in international relocations
  • Arranging international transport (car hires etc)
  • Arranging inoculations

We are looking for someone who has a very strong background within Administration who has the experience in the above duties.


This is a very fast paced and high volume role so experience within Travel booking is essential.


This role is a temporary contract starting ASAP but we are looking for someone who is able to commit long term as this role is very likely to last longer than 12 months.
