TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATOR - Amazing Growing Global Company

PACKAGE: £30K per annum + great benefits working on a temporary basis

LOCATION: Superb location in Central London

JOB ROLE:

Provide outstanding support for clients by:
  • Effectively managing a number of title update projects in accordance with established processes and procedures
  • Diligently manage supporting documents for each country
  • Manage reconciliation to ensure the projects are delivered within budget
  • Managing the agent network to support delivery timelines
  • Ensure timely management of the projects meeting set deadlines
  • Troubleshooting
  • Engaging in continuous process improvement
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal clients to keep portfolio records current and valid
PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  •  A minimum of 5 years administration experience
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment is desirable
  • Paralegal skills and knowledge highly desirable
  • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple complex tasks that come together under one deadline
  • Ability to diligently review various documents and client files
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, subject matter experts, and administrative professionals
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Motivated by a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and to manage time well
