Duties of the role include:
  • Organising and maintaining a system which contains project requirements as well as security and training records
  • Scheduling and producing progress reports and reviewing technical documentation
  • Maintain manual records and process files in the correct filing system
  • Compile special studies, extract data to create necessary reports  
 


Skills and Experience required:
  • Previous experience within either Construction, Engineering ,Oil & Gas or Defense
  • Good working knowledge of Access
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Previous experience working in a technical environment
  • Previous project based experience will also be considered
