There is a requirement for an experienced Business Analyst working within the Major Change programme to drive the requirements for the implementation of SuccessFactors - Employee Central and Onboarding across 16 countries.

 

What will I be accountable for?

As an Agile Business Analyst your key accountability is to collaborate with the business stakeholders to define the requirements. The responsibilities include:
  • Creation of process flows in Visio for capturing the as-is and to-be processes
  • Detailed investigation of the business problem and gather both business functional & non-functional requirements
  • Conversion of requirements into user stories
  • Detailing out acceptance criteria for all the user stories so they can be tested by the testing team
  • Any other BA type activities within duration of work including assisting with data cleansing requirements & supporting UAT
 

What skills, experience, and qualifications do I need?
  • 5+ years Business Analyst experience
  • Broad SuccessFactors functional/process knowledge
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to work with remote teams and business stakeholders
  • Ability to work with ambiguity in a dynamic working environment
  • Excellent business analysis & influencing skills
 

What will give my candidacy an edge?
  • SAP HR Core and SuccessFactors – Employee Central, Onboarding experience
  • Data analysis experience
  • Experience of working with Atlassian JIRA/Confluence
  • Formal Business Analysis qualification
