The Junior Resourcing Partner is responsible for supporting the Partner Relationship Manager in the full recruitment life cycle. Working with some of the biggest names in Sport, Retail, Fashion and eCommerce, due to unbelievable growth in the business, you will support this division by resourcing top talent in these sectors, advertising, arranging interviews, lead generation, and account management.

We provide full training and have every intention to develop you into a fully fledged Recruitment Partner.

Plan, prioritise and conduct resourcing activities:

¨        Work with and alongside the Partner Relationship Manager to source and select high quality candidates fulfilling all contractual obligations and commitments.
¨        Devised and implement a proactive and innovative candidate attraction strategy for Sport, Retail, Fashion and eCommerce industry.
¨        Write attractive job adverts posting vacancies on job boards via the business resources and tools, namely Idibu.
¨        Monitor all applications, short listing candidates for the review of the Partner Relationship Manager; on occasions speak with relevant candidates and fully qualify their suitability for the vacancies, doing so ensuring the highest level of candidate experience, so Jenrick Commercial is portrayed in the best possible way.
¨        Submit CV’s to our clients, writing attractive introductions for the candidates we are representing, adhering to GDPR when dealing with client and candidate information.
¨        Coordinate any interview schedules and obtain full in depth feedback, communicating this to both client and candidate.
¨        Provide full administrative support to the Partner Relationship Manager and assist in the correspondence of emails.
¨        Accurate use of the internal CRM system (Itris) uploading CV’s, logging client meetings, candidate interview pre briefs, conference calls and activity logs.
¨        Responsible for daily lead generation, done through LinkedIn and job boards, to be passed onto the Partner Relationship Manager to take action.
