International HR Administrator is required for the leading European oil and gas company who have really modern offices in central London.  With operations in 13 countries across the globe, ranging from Northern Europe to Africa and from South America to Southeast Asia this is a very exciting growing company to join.

As HR Administrator you’ll report into the HR Manager to assist in the running of the HR department being the first point of contact for all HR related queries as well as running an efficient, productive HR function ensuring all legal compliance administration.

The successful HR Administrator will be a strong administrator with solid administration experience with a passion and want to learn HR and progress within this area.

HR Administrator duties include:
  • Recruitment: preparation of employment contracts, secondment contracts and amendments;
  • HR related topic in countries of operations: visa, declaration (social, tax);
  • Administer the HR and payroll database;
  • Manage contracted population and populate the database with the relevant information;
  • Travel: Analysis of the process, the companies used to book travels and feedback;
  • Employee queries: first point of contact and escalate to management when needed;
  • Ensure a good communication between employees and HR Department;
You must have:
  • International HR Administration Experience
  • Strong communication skills – must speak fluent English;
  • French speaker would be beneficial;
  • A passion and interest for HR
