Internal Technical Recruiter, Amazing Growing Company, 3-6 Month Contract with strong options to extend, Up to £350 per day.

 
What Does The Role Involve?
  • Proactively headhunting and engaging with candidates with good Technology skill sets that will add value to the business
  • Managing your recruitment pipeline and ensuring you deliver the best possible candidate experience throughout.
  • Working side-by-side with Hiring Managers to fully understand the needs of the business and working to deliver on all requirements
  • Screening CVs, shortlist candidates and presenting your shortlist to the hiring manager for review
  • Sending out of online Technical Tests to short listed candidates and reviewing results.  
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A sound understanding of recruiting the  technical space
  • Proven success in directly approaching passive candidates
  • A understanding of recruiting through varied platforms i.e. Stackoverflow, Hired.com, SwapHR, TalentIO etc – If you aren’t familiar with this it isn’t an issue as this can be taught
  • Experience of working within a recruitment agency (advantageous)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect and engage in a positive way.

This company is an ultra fast growing FinTech company; they have grown at such a rapid rate that they now need 2x Technology Recruiters on a contract basis to cope with the extra demand and hiring plans within the business.  The position is very much focused on going out and finding the best candidates on the market, so there’s a strong emphasis on sourcing, engaging in such a positive way that maximises candidate interest to bring the best talent into a process.

 

The positive is that this company don’t hang out to make a decision on a potential candidate as they understand that competition for the best technical talent is fierce so as a Recruiter the Hiring Managers in the business really work with rather than against you.  This company’s Recruitment process is a smooth and very fluid one!!!

 

This role reports to the Head of Recruitment and they are one of the best Recruitment Managers out there. They will fully support you, guide and get the best out of you so you can also learn from one of the best.

 

Preference for this role is an external Tech Recruiter who is looking to step into their first true internal role. You will also need to be able to commit to a 3-6 month contract and be able to start relatively quickly.
