This company is an ultra fast growing FinTech company; they have grown at such a rapid rate that they now need two Technology Recruiters on a contract basis to cope with the extra demand and hiring plans in the business.  The position is very much focused on going out and finding the best candidates on the market so there’s a strong emphasis on sourcing and engaging in such a positive way that maximises candidate interest to bring the best talent into a process.

The positive is that this company don’t hang around to make a decision on a potential candidate; they understand that competition for the best technical talent is fierce so as a Recruiter the Hiring Managers in the business really work with rather than against you.  This company’s Recruitment process one of the best out there and it’s a smooth and very fluid one which makes your life a Recruiter far easier!!!

Lastly this role reports into the Head of Recruitment and they are known to be one of the best Recruitment Managers in the market, they will fully support you, guide you and get the best from you so the positive is that you will learn from the best.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively headhunting and engaging with candidates with good Technology skill sets that will add value to the business

  • Managing your recruitment pipeline and ensuring you deliver the best possible candidate experience throughout.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A sound understanding of recruiting the  technical space

  • Proven success in directly approaching passive candidates

  • A understanding of recruiting through varied platforms i.e. Stackoverflow, Hired.com, SwapHR, TalentIO etc – If you aren’t familiar with this it isn’t an issue as this can be taught

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect and engage in a positive way.

Introducing...

Trevor Lee

Managing Director

Having been in recruitment for 15 years, in 2006 I decided to form Jenrick Commercial (a new division of The Jenrick Group) and I have to say, it’s been one hell of a ride. Recruitment has changed drastically over the last 15 years, however, I’ve learnt that if you keep things simple, work hard, be honest and really understand your clients and candidates then you will do well.

My loves in life are my wife (Miriam) and my son (Toron). I’ve been married for nearly 20 years, so I was snapped up early (my wife clearly has good taste – or at least I like to think so!).

Jenrick Commercial - From strength to strength

2017 was our busiest year since we started trading over 11 years ago.  However, as the business has grown our levels of service to our clients and candidates has been maintained at the highest levels. Jumping back to 2016 when we closed on a record year when, we thought the market had peaked – 2017 only went and continued in the same fashion and superseded our expectations. We saw our business increase by 153% from 2016. The experience we have gained through these busy times has set us apart from a lot of other companies which is why we retain the vast majority of our clients and see candidates making us the first choice to help them find exceptional jobs.
