The Role:

We are looking for an innovative and hands-on leader to join the in house Talent Acquisition Team.  This position is truly a unique one as the main focus of the position will be to implement, grow and create a really innovative strategy so that the recruitment team get to find and connect with the very best candidates in the market.

It will also involve positioning the brand so that candidates are familiar with the company and in turn the company becomes a ereal mployer of choice.

From managing a team focused on attracting and engaging high quality global talent, to implementing an engaging brand attraction vision, through to leading the way with innovative tools and techniques to help scale the business. You’ll use your knowledge and experience with a niche in attraction and acquisition strategy to drive success on a consistent basis. 

Lastly you get to manage a great team of delivery consultants making sure that they engage so effectively that you have a great selection of candidates to choose from.

Candidates really must have strong internal recruitment exposure and have experience of managing a team, you also need to be able to demonstrate new and innovate ideas as well as having an analytical mind to be able to check actual return on investment.

You will also need a strong understanding of technology recruitment as a large proportion of the hires are Tech focused.

Whats in your DNA: 

·Previous experience in leading a team through growth

·A combination of Recruitment, Program Management, Business Operations and Technical Skills

·Experience across the recruitment lifecycle, with a key focus on innovative and creative attraction and engagement

·Proven ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders, peers and senior management

·Data focused approach using data successfully to identify optimisation

·An independent problem solver that can set priorities, make high quality judgements and decisions quickly with excellent organisational skills

·An innovative approach and techniques to help scale the business and continue to attract great talent

·Experience in working for an international technology / internet company is a definite advantage
