Are you a Senior Recruiter looking for the perfect opportunity to move in house as an Internal Recruitment Manager, working for a truly amazing global technology business!!!

We are looking for an innovative and hands-on Recruitment Manager to join their Talent Acquisition Team. You will support the Talent Acquisition Lead to manage both the strategic and day-to-day responsibilities to engage with and attract top talent to their global offices, from Engineering and Growth Marketing professionals to Business and Campus hiring.

From helping and assisting to manage a team focused on attracting and engaging high quality global talent, to implementing an engaging brand attraction vision, through to leading the way with innovative tools and techniques to help scale the business. You’ll use your knowledge, experience and leadership skills with a niche in attraction strategy to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help the Head of Recruitment lead the one part of the talent team which are very much focused on attracting the best talent possible to the business
  • Be the main recruitment lead for Senior and "Head of" roles within the business
  • Develop Growth Hacking expertise in the team so talent knows where and how to find the business
  • Create always-on sourcing capability to identify talent and convert to real prospects
  • Experiment continually to optimise company channels and how their operate
  • Drive results in a big way and get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organisation. Role-modelling how they measure ourselves
  • Everyone is a recruiter!!!. Able to influence how we partner and the accountability across stakeholders to help improve recruiting
  • Obsess about the detail, use data to inform decision making
  • Ultimately, you are responsible for improving the quality of candidates that they assess, so look to explore new ways to achieve this
Whats in your DNA:
  • Previous experience in helping leading a team through growth
  • Experience across the recruitment life cycle, with a key focus on attraction and engagement
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders, peers and senior management
  • Data focused approach using data successfully to identify optimisation
  • An Independent problem solver that can set priorities, make high quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organisational skills. You don't get overwhelmed easily
  • A creative and innovative approach and techniques to help scales the business and continue to attract great talent
  • Experience in working for an international technology / Internet company is a definite advantage
