HR Administrator / HR Assistant is required for one of the leaders in their industry, this technology led organisation is widely regarded as one of Britain’s global success stories. This is a fantastic opportunity to join them as a HR Administrator / HR Assistant within a shared service environment on a 12 month FTC.

We are looking for a highly-motivated and experienced HR Administrator / HR Assistant to joint his friendly team who has experience providing great services to customers whilst always looking for ways to improve process.

As HR Administrator / HR Assistant you will be:

  • First point of contact for employees and line managed who need help with a wide range of HR issues;
  • Providing first-line advice on policies and procedures;
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, assisting with immigration and mobility paperwork, running induction sessions;
  • Processing starters, leavers and employment changes;
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration;
  • Help with validation and reconciliation processes;

The successful HR Administrator / HR Assistant…..

  • Must have HR Share Service experience – ESSENTIAL;
  • High volume experience;
  • Be able to demonstrate the value of giving the best service possible to customers;
  • Good at problem solving;
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder;
  • Ideally experience of using SAP but not essential as training will be given;
