  • Providing end-to-end support for all Finance integration processes
  • Collating and tracking integration budgets for each of the workstreams involved in each M&A transaction
  • Supporting due diligence of target companies in order to evaluate key risks and opportunities for Finance and to assess integration challenges
  • Assisting with the compilation of completion accounts for targets post-close, reviewing SPAs for accounting implications and coordinating PPA exercises
  • Assisting with the development of post-close integration plans for Finance and ensuring relevant risks are mitigated

Required skills:
  • Qualified or near-qualified accountant
  • Experience of working in a finance function and knowledge of budgeting processes
  • Experience of working in M&A integration or other project-based roles
  • Ability to manage change and deal with ambiguity, as well as the ability to quickly build a deep understanding of current business from a cultural and operational perspective
  • Ability to quickly develop credibility and rapport with key stakeholders and work well in a highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to track and follow up with multiple stakeholders, ensure timely deliverables and resolve issues
  • Attention to detail, problem solver, enthusiastic and willing to be hands on
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
