Contracts & Legal Administrator, Up to £250 per day, 6 Month Contract, London Bridge Area SE1, Immediate Start, Great Blue Chip Company !!!

This is a great opportunity to work and gain in house legal administration experience within a large corporate company.

The role holder will be responsible for providing a clear and comprehensive summary/support/legal administration on the proposed changes from each current contract, to the new contract

The role holder will be responsible for:

Providing a clear and comprehensive summary chart on the proposed changes from each in-force contract, to the new contract by client or local insurer member in accordance with a defined time schedule.

Customizing the template agreement for each Client or Insurance Company.

Coordinating and following-up that any outstanding questions and point of actions on the legal side are duly answered and be able to provide a clear status on the on-going negotiation. Taking in charge any additional tasks that is required on an as needed-basis by the business activity.

Principal Responsibilities:

Analyse the contractual provisions of each in-force contract to develop a two-fold analysis: A clear understanding of tailor-made provisions, away from the initial template, in order to comply with regulatory local constraints or to any internal policy of the local insurer/client.

Identification of changes proposed in the new agreed format.

Prepare a summary chart explaining these variances.

Communicate to the Sales Executive or the Head of Membership Management, an executive summary of the most significant issues during the negotiation phase.

Keep record of any legal comments and requests and make sure that answers have been provided for the next conference call/meeting..

Required Competencies:

Bachelor degree of Law or equivalent

Strong analytical skills with a high 

Ability to work efficiently under strict deadline

Sound judgment with an ability to prioritise effectively

Strong Excel skills

Excellent communication skills and Comfortable with liaising with Stakeholders
