ISO accreditation upgraded for Jenrick CPI
Since 1993 Jenrick CPI has held ISO 9001 status, which is the world's most widely used quality management system standard, undertaking twice yearly audits to ensure the company and the staff are constantly delivering the highest levels of service to its clients.
Due to the continual improvements being made to the internal quality processes, Jenrick CPI has now been officially upgraded to ISO 9001:2008, the fourth edition of the standard.
Philip Fanthom, Sales Director for Jenrick CPI and responsible for maintaining the ISO standard, explained the importance of the upgrade and what it means to clients:
