12 years ago I was stuck in a rut, having worked for 7 years for an recruitment organisation and achieved a series of outstanding results, the business was sold and I found myself starting all over again in the same organisation, yet within a new culture that was compromising all of the standards that I had lived and breathed for the last 7 years. I was at a crossroads.  However, fortunately I was introduced to Patrick Murphy, who had founded the Jenrick Recruitment Group in 1967 and had developed it into a highly respected organisation.
