At Jenrick, we want to make life better for clients, for candidates, for everyone. So when a candidate trusts us to find them a job they’ll be happy in for years to come, we take that pretty seriously.
That’s why we really listen. We listen to clients over coffee. We listen to candidates on the phone. For us, the relationship comes first: because how can you trust someone you don’t know? And how could we find the right job for someone we don’t know?
With Jenrick, you’re more than a peg to push into a hole. There are no pegs, or holes for that matter – just companies we know are excellent to work with and talented engineers we know can make a big difference to your business.
Whether looking for the skilled individuals you need to take your business further or for a great career in engineering, get in touch with Jenrick today. We work across the whole sector, specialising in special purpose machinery and automotive & aerospace engineering.
I know that it may sound cliché, but recruitment really is my passion. I have worked in Engineering Recruitment since 1993 and always strive to be known for providing quality recruitment solutions. In an industry where reputation is foremost, I have aimed to maintain a high-quality, honest-service approach throughout all of my roles.
In 2000 I was approached to join the Simon Holdings Group, with a view to extending their Technical Recruitment presence into the Midlands, thereby complementing the progress of their Jenrick Engineering brand in the South since 1967.
It's great to be back in the office!

2018 wasn’t a particularly straightforward year, there were many factors such as Brexit - big political decisions that came with that and on top of that the media were forecasting a slowdown of UK GDP growth. All this gave the feeling of doom and gloom. Thankfully due to the great British resolve, for the most part, these factors were sidelined by businesses with the attitude of ‘We just need to get on with it, irrespective’. For us as a business it did really feel like business as usual, just with a side of caution.
